The (cg) coaching process
Everything begins with where you want to go!
We clearly define the goal or outcome you desire to achieve next.
From there we focus on a 3 step approach over a 90-Day timeframe:
We develop an action plan to get there.
You take action and I keep you accountable.
You achieve your desired outcome.
My aim is to help you sustain and maintain what you want most.
We start with a little prep work
After booking your session, I’ll send you some questions about your goals and objectives. This will give me better insight into your situation and allow me to come up with a plan for our session.
Then we’ll have a session via video chat or phone
We’ll discuss your goals and objectives for our session and review your current progress and/or situation. Together, we'll identify any issues or roadblocks standing in your way and develop solutions to help you move forward. We'll also discover 3-5 action steps to complete before the next session, along with any necessary tools and resources to accomplish them.
I'll follow up with a recap email
To help you follow along I'll create an outline including any important notes and links covered in our session so you can refer back to it and stay on track. You will also have access to my online client portal where these items will be stored.
And then I'll check in to see how it's going
You can expect an accountability email from me once each week or every other depending on your plan. I’ll ask you about your progress, answer any questions you might have, and provide some feedback so you can stay on track and best prepare for your next session.
