It’s time to share HOPE with others.
Whether you are a leader with a small voice like mine or a large platform, now is the time to inspire people and help people gain hope. We have a hard time in front of us. There are a lot of people hurting and many effected by this coronavirus. However, this isn’t the first time we have gone through this. If you read the Bible, plagues wiped out thousands, but there was always a way out. There was always the next day.
We have a lot to be grateful for today, and we have a lot going on. It may be less than we had two weeks ago, and it may diminish even more, but what we still have and have yet to plug into fully, is our community. The box around our lives. The people in our neighborhood, our workplaces, our church, our leaders, our bosses, our co-workers, neighbors. These people matter.
If we’re the people we wish others were to us, we’re starting the chain and starting to affect the world in a positive way. You can cause change that can then impact globally. It’s a very small idea to love somebody enough because it’s the right thing to do, but it’s also the biggest thing we can do.
If we play this out and some of the articles out there are true, things will get a lot worse before they get better, and we’ll need a community. We’ll need people around us.
If we are unable to meet in-person, we have to figure out another way. Isolation never works, and there are people out there that need help. We need to use the tools we have now, the abilities we have now, and the time we have now to be strong and focus on the things that matter.
Have HOPE in your ability
Have HOPE in your family
Have HOPE in your God
Have HOPE in your community
Have HOPE in who you were made to be and in what you are capable of becoming.
