  • What is consulting?

    Consulting is the business of providing expert advice to a specific group of people. Put more simply, a consultant is an expert you turn to for help with your project, business, or brand.

  • What is your consulting process?

    Everything begins with the client’s goals and objectives, then we focus on a 3 step approach:

    Step 1: Identify
    We define the scope and identify the problems.

    Step 2: Analyze
    We structure the problems and analyze them.

    Step 3: Solve
    We develop solutions to the problems.

    From there, the client can choose, implement, and monitor the solutions.

  • How does the "Advisor Plan" work?

    Clients on the “Advisor Plan” will receive my direct phone number and email and will be allotted access up to four (4) one (1) hour sessions per month where I willperform the following role:

    Advisory.In this capacity, I serve as an advisor to you or your company. This role may include being an advice giver, sounding board for plans, idea and technique source for implementation steps, devil’s advocate on key moves, third-party objective review source, and guide for related projects.

    Within these parameters, I would be available to meet with you via scheduled meetings by phone, video conference, or in-person. In addition, I will beaccessible by e-mail for rapid response (within 24 hours) for check-ins.

    Details:
    You are receiving “access” to (cg) and his advice and guidance, not hands-on work or specific deliverables for up to four (4) hours per month.
    The monthly fee ($1,000/mo) is payable one month in advance.
    You are committing to an initial term of three (3) months ($3,000).
    Any additional time beyond the initial four (4) will be billed to the client at the end of the month at $250/hr and due net 30.

  • How does the "Consultant Plan" work?

    Clients on the “Consulting Plan” will receive my direct phone number and email and will be allotted access up to twelve (12) hours per month whereI will perform the following role:

    Consultative. In this capacity, I serve as a consultant to you or your company. This role may include providing analysis, review, strategy, and solutions related to brand, marketing, advertising, design, presentation, sales, business growth, and strategic planning.

    Within these parameters, I would be available to meet with you via scheduled meetings by phone, video conference, or in-person. In addition, I will be accessible by phone and e-mail for rapid response (within 24 hours) for document review and advice.

    Details:
    You are receiving “access” to me and my advice, analysis, review, strategy, and guidance, not hands-on work or specific deliverables for up to twelve (12) hours per month.
