This agreement, between Corey Gonzalez (herein named as COACH/CONSULTANT) and the above named CLIENT, will begin on the date submitted and will continue for a minimum of three months. The fee for each month of coaching and consulting services rendered is $1000, payable in advance on a monthly basis.
The monthly fee covers two one-hour coaching sessions each month with brief check-ins as needed, website analytics & monitoring, website & SEO audits, social media strategy & insights, Facebook advertising (ad budget not included - you set your own budget), directory listings, and general brand marketing services. Changes outside the scope of the plan or additional time and services request from CLIENT will be billed separately at a standard hourly rate of $250 per hour, unless otherwise agreed upon. The retainer fee will be refundable on a prorated basis in the event of illness or other serious emergency.
Upon completion of the initial three months, our agreement will convert to a month-to-month basis. The CLIENT and COACH/CONSULTANT agree to provide one another with two weeks notice in the event it is desired to cancel further service.
The service provided to the CLIENT by the COACH/CONSULTANT is business coaching and consulting, as designed jointly with the CLIENT. Coaching/Consulting, which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in the CLIENT's life or profession. Coaching services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. Consulting services may include reviewing and monitoring website analytics, performing brand audits, performing website & SEO audits, offering social media strategy & insights, and general marketing on behalf of the CLIENT such as Facebook Advertising. The COACH/CONSULTANT promises that all information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential, as permissible by law.
Throughout our coaching/consulting relationship, the COACH/CONSULTANT will engage in direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT, which will include asking explicit questions and making requests. The purpose of these interactions is to remind the CLIENT of his/her own intentions, and coach him/her to realize them. In order for our coaching relationship to achieve the maximum result, the COACH/CONSULTANT asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:1. Please be on time to all appointments. If you will be late, notify the COACH/CONSULTANT in advance. If you will miss an appointment, notify the COACH/CONSULTANT at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments missed without 24 hours notice will only be rescheduled at the discretion of the COACH/CONSULTANT.2. Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that our sessions are a safe place to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.3. Make a commitment to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.4. Understand that the power of the coaching/consulting relationship can only be granted by you, and commit to making the relationship powerful. If you see that the coaching/consulting is not working as you desire, communicate and take action to return the power to the relationship.
Limited Liability: Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the COACH/CONSULTANT makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the COACH/CONSULTANT be liable to the CLIENT for consequential or special damages. CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Corey Gonzalez, iN Brand Marketing and its affiliates from and against loss, suit, damage or claim including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or connecting with the use of any work provided or any services rendered.
This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the CLIENT and COACH/CONSULTANT agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given. If the dispute is not resolved between the COACH/CONSULTANT and CLIENT the two parties agree to resolve the dispute through mediation.
Accepting and submitting this agreement indicates compliance with the above requests, and understanding of the services to be provided.
